Cancellation Policy
IN-PERSON BOOKING ONLY: 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule all in-person services & Reiki sessions and consults. *Same-day cancellations will automatically forfeit monies paid & incur a $32 rebooking fee.* IN-PERSON & ONLINE: If you are more than 7 minutes late for any scheduled session it will be deducted from the time booked, if you are more than 10 minutes late your session will be canceled and incur a $32 rebooking fee. ALL OTHER SERVICES: (Online) - You have a 7-minute grace period before your appointment is canceled. *IF YOU INCUR A RE-BOOKING FEE IT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY RESCHEDULE LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED ONE COURTESY REBOOK DUE TO A MISSED OR LATE APPOINTMENT. ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED.
