Facilitated by Ìyá Wellness & I Am Seychelles: Sacred Doses is a soul-centered, three-part offering for those feeling the call to explore the sacred use of plant medicine. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and guided with deep reverence, this journey centers embodiment, spiritual alignment, and community care. This series is designed for those who are ready to engage with plant medicine as a sacred ally and are seeking a space to learn, prepare, and experience with integrity. Part 1: The Workshop August 9 | 2 PM | In-Person An experiential introduction to ceremonial plant medicine. You’ll explore how to prepare for a journey, the difference between sacred and recreational use, and the guiding pillars of the S.O.U.L. Framework: Somatic Awareness – the body as a guide Origins of Entheogenic Wisdom – communion, not consumption Unifying Through Integration – ritual as practice Liberation & Expansion – intentional awakening Part 2: The Practice August 13 | 6 PM | In-Person A gentle, grounding movement and breathwork session to build the somatic tools essential for ceremony. Participants will develop practices that support presence, trust, and deep listening in altered states. Part 3: The Ceremony August 24 | Time TBA | Private Location This intimate, deeply held container invites you into a field of healing, ancestral connection, and soul-deep remembrance. Includes: ✨ 1:1 consultation + intake screening ✨ Pre-ceremony preparation guide ✨ Post-ceremony virtual integration circle Attendance at all three parts is required for ceremony participation.
